My car was fitted with four new tyres in another garage but while driving down to the shops in Blackrock, I could hear a flapping noise so I called into Blackrock Motors. They were extremely busy but listened to my concern and checked the tyres and discovered the tyre bolts/ nuts were really loose on one wheel and slightly loose on the other three tyres. They saved me from having an accident if the wheel had come off completely while driving. They tightened up all the tyre bolts/ nuts on every wheel. I am extremely satisfied with their service and assistance to me and I will be going to them from now on with all my car concerns and maintenance.

I hadn’t heard of Blackrock Motors until I had an unexpected issue and needed a garage at short notice. I was meant to have new tyres fitted elsewhere, but the mechanic didn’t have the locking wheel nut for my car and only told me after the fact that the job couldn’t be done, while still charging a deposit. I then had to load all four tyres into my car and ring around multiple garages trying to find a slot without an appointment. I called into Blackrock Motors, explained the situation, and they immediately understood. They managed to fit me in on the same day. The service was exceptional. They fitted the tyres with no upfront deposit, didn’t require any special tool or locking nut from me, took great care not to scratch the car or the wheels, and even carried out a full wheel alignment check, which they honestly advised was not needed, despite my initial assumption that it would be. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was completed in about two hours. I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for honest, professional, and skilled work.

Good bless Keith at Blackrock Motors!! 5.45 pm on a bank holiday Friday and front tyre wasn’t holding pressure, so stopped in on the way home and it was fixed in 5 minutes flat (pun intended). Everyone was so nice and helpful! Great price and Keith explained the whole process to us. What a legend! Bank holiday saved.
